We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Notification of less than 4 hours requires full payment for the session. The cancellation fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who does not show up for a scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order not to inconvenience others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment, payment for a full session is expected. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow your service to begin at the scheduled time.
